Principal features

Guizzo is a newly developed machine for the application of an elastic closing band onto rigid covers of notebooks, diaries, agendas, binders, boxes, etc. In a single machine cycle the Guizzo pierces two slits on the top and the bottom of the cover, rolls the elastic band from a spool, cuts it off in appropriate length, threads it into the slits and glue the ends onto the inside of the cover.
The band is cut with a heated blade so as to seal the edge. All the machine functions are controlled by PLC.

The output is up to 500 pieces per hour, depending on the cover size and the operator's ability.
